Using eServices

You must adhere to all policies provided within the eServices platform.

Access eServices only through the authorized interfaces and follow the instructions provided. Ensure your use complies with applicable laws, including export and re-export control regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to eServices if you violate our terms, policies, or if any suspected misconduct is under investigation.

Using eServices does not grant you ownership of the intellectual property rights or content you access. Permission from the content owner or legal authorization is required to use such content. These terms do not provide rights to any branding or logos used within eServices. Avoid removing, obscuring, or altering any legal notices displayed in or alongside eServices.

Some content displayed in eServices is not owned by the Municipality of Argyle. Such content remains the responsibility of the entity providing it. While we may review content to ensure it complies with our policies and the law, we do not guarantee comprehensive reviews of all material.

As part of your eServices usage, you may receive service announcements, administrative messages, and other notifications. Some communications may offer opt-out options.

An account may be required to access eServices. You may create your own account or be assigned one by an administrator, such as your employer or educational institution. If your account is administrator-assigned, additional or different terms may apply, and the administrator may have access to or control over the account.
